You may recall that as part of our Lucky 400 Drive, we unlocked a new website theme. That theme is now live, along with all the customizations we needed to make it possible.
Our navigation and homepages have changed so let's do a quick tour of what's new.
Better homepage to browse more stories
The homepage now features more of our stories and our upcoming events. The top section shows featured stories (usually the latest ones) and below that, you'll see members-only stories and then stories by topic.

You can also browse stories by Featured, by Latest, by Trending or by Topics.
New events calendar
Events is a huge improvement too. We now have a full events calendar so you can see what's coming up and register for those.

Legends can find what you need
Legends now has a more robust menu. I can do drop-downs now, so I folded some elements under the Legends heading in the nav.
You'll find Legends News, Ask the Legends and our Welcome Guide here.

Other cool features of our new design
Posts show the number of comments so if you're wondering where there's actually a conversation happening, you can easily see that on story cards.

New sidebar allows you to easily hop from story to story. It shows featured posts and the latests posts for you to browse.

You can now control your email newsletters EVEN BETTER. This is actually because we switched to Magic Pages as our hosting platform. I can add more newsletter types so we now have one for each day we send. You can decide which ones you want.
Sundays is when we release new feature stories
Tuesdays is our community edition—all about the Legends.
Thursdays is small business headlines.
I also have a newsletter for our Events Calendar when I release new batches of events. I send this pretty rarely.
Find this when you log in -> Click on your face or avatar in the upper right -> Emails -> Manage

Give me your feedback
I would love to hear what you think of the new layout, the menu, the new events calendar and the new homepage. I may not be able to address your feedback, but it's helpful to know about it for when we do future development work. Leave comments below or email me!
