What's the difference between a shoutout and a classified ad? Ideally, shoutouts are less transactional. More like stories you wrote, events you're hosting, freebies you launched, stuff you're proud of, stuff other Legends can dig into. Ads are for selling. You get 3 classifieds per year guaranteed and more if I have the space!
What to expect
- Shoutouts and celebrations will go in the Tuesday newsletter. Keep in mind that I rotate these to feature as many Legends as possible so always send stuff my way, but not everything will make it in.
- Classified ads go in Sunday and Thursday issues unless they need to go on a Tuesday. I'll be in touch with dates for your ad.
- Introductions and local connections I will check with all parties before making.
- Recommendations, you can choose private (from me) or public (in the newsletter).
Turnaround time is 1-2 weeks. You can send as many of these requests as you want and I will fulfill as many as I can. Be mindful I'm just one person :)
