We've talked throughout this month about queer business owners and many of us have shared that we chose self-employment because it felt more right for us. I'm curious if we can unpack that a bit. Why and how does self-employment benefit queer people? Is it safety? Does it feel more secure? More free? More creative? Feel free to share your own experiences or things you've heard from others (without naming them, unless they give permission or shared it publicly.)
