The context:

I used to worry about competition a lot. Being in the same community spaces with people who do the same services I do, being compared to similar service providers. I worry about it less the farther I go in business, but I wonder if I should be paying attention to how competitors are moving and more importantly, what alternatives my clients might be turning to. How do you think about your competitors, direct or indirect?
