Last summer, I proudly declared to have ditched Instagram.

I haven’t gone back on that. I’ve been off there for a full year now, and yeah, I was totally right about how utterly useless it was for me, personally.

BUT now I’m crawling back with my tail between my legs to LinkedIn and Twitter.

How come, Lex?

Because I’ve learned LinkedIn and Twitter are two of the easiest ways to get people I know onto my email list.

(I really took this for granted on my previous newsletters. I deleted my Twitter at 10k before Elon took over, and yep, I regret that quite often.)

Social media isn’t necessary if you’re booking higher cost client contracts, but if you maybe want to sell a course or a book or a membership or even do some professional speaking, you’ll majorly benefit from having one social media channel that works for you.

This week’s tip on growing your email list is about how to get more of your followers becoming subscribers.
