I've never taken affiliate programs seriously because they haven't paid off much for me. A few bucks from Senja, a free month from MailerLite. For the entirety of last year, I didn't break $1k in affiliate income. Barely enough to be taxed on.
But this summer, I set out to make some real money with my affiliate links. I wasn't able to book the partnerships I wanted by May so I wondered:
