I'm a die hard fan of reviews. I've seen them work for me. I've seen them work for others. I know how important they are for selling at scale.
Reviews make a massive difference in whether a business or project gets discovered and more importantly, whether someone bothers to check it out or not. That's the reason the restaurant you just visited keeps hounding you for a review. It helps them keep their business alive.
But it's annoying to ask for reviews as online business owners. We know we should do it more often and we know our projects would benefit from them. And we still find it tough to prioritize.
