It's easy to apply your own buyer's mindset to the rest of the world.
"I don't like subscriptions so they must be hard to sell."
"I would never pay $20k for coaching so that couldn't be viable."
"I can't imagine spending $500k on a Lamborghini so surely no one else is."
But there's always someone with money.
During slow seasons, I think about my grandparents' vastly different situations during the Great Depression. My grandfather was walking the train tracks looking for spare coal to heat their house and getting a single orange as a Christmas gift. Meanwhile, my grandmother was riding around in carriages and staying at fancy hotels because her uncle owned a newspaper.
I want to know: Who's buying from you right now? You don't have to share names or companies, but tell us industries, funding rounds, locations, company size, annual revenue, types of teams—any insights that help us figure out who might buy from us too.
