Tips from community expert Taylor Harrington on building your community

No one wants to be “added to your network.”

And let’s be honest. You don’t want to be added to theirs either.

You want great clients and fun work. Is that so hard?

It seems like you *should be* networking more but your outreach falls flat or you have one conversation and then it kinda ends there.

The problem with networking is that it puts the emphasis on meeting new people. You’ve got to meet a lot of strangers to find the ones you connect with or the ones who’ve been looking for you.

But, what if you shift that approach and instead think about everyone you know AND everyone you meet as your community?
