I’m not a planner.
Even though I love buying planners. It’s all a facade.
I’m very last minute with how I run major promotions, and even though I think about what I’m going to do months ahead of time, I rarely sit down to do the work until right before it’s due.
Alas, this week it is Black Friday!
Sure, I know that Black Friday is an arbitrary holiday made up by Best Buy to get us to upgrade our TVs yada yada blah blah capitalism bad etc etc.
(Actually, supposedly Black Friday was coined by cops which is even funnier because I thought cops loved overtime.)
ANYWAY
I love running a Black Friday promotion. I’ve done it 3 years in a row and it’s always fun for a reason I can’t explain except that making money is fun.
Usually, this promo is on one of my digital products but, as you know, I’m really focused on building my subscription business.
So here’s my plan for Black Friday this year.
