While there may not be any secret magic formulas for making your marketing more effective or growing your business, there is one practice that comes pretty darn close:
Regularly reviewing your analytics, measuring against your goals and adjusting your approach accordingly.
At Slow & Steady, I support solo, creative small businesses with growth marketing strategy. I sell primarily through email marketing campaigns and make it a practice to review (and publish!) the results after every launch to understand what worked, where the gaps were and how to improve next time.
This past fall, I launched the first cohort of the Slow & Steady Decelerator program over five weeks. My goal was 10-15 registrations for the founding/beta cohort.
