How do I get my newsletter CPA down?

I've grown my local newsletter in Charleston SC, [*CHS Happenings*](https://www.chshappenings.com/?ref=revenuerulebreaker.com), from 0 to 11,500 subscribers in the last 2.5 years, mainly through Meta ads.
